A lot of AI projects fail in the gap between “we should use AI for this” and a workflow that works reliably enough for people to change how they work.
That gap includes discovery, requirements, process design, prototyping, technical coordination, implementation, training, adoption, and measurement.

Designed an AI-powered workflow that converts messy meeting notes into structured CRM documentation, follow-up actions, and reporting while preserving human validation where system constraints made full automation risky.

About
I started my career teaching 8th grade math.
It turns out that explaining something complicated to 13-year-olds is good preparation for technology implementation.
Since then I’ve worked across e-commerce, enterprise software, business consulting, international integration, AI adoption, and workflow automation. The common thread is helping people move from an unclear problem to a practical system — and making the change understandable enough that it sticks.
