Process Automation
Automating Certification Tracking Across 250+ Locations
Meaningful automation often comes from improving the underlying process — not simply adding AI.

- 250+
The problem
The existing process required manual tracking, follow-up, and reporting across a large distributed network.
My role
I redesigned the workflow to make status easier to track, automate repetitive administrative steps, and create a clearer operating process for the teams responsible for completion.
Outcome
This project is useful because it shows that meaningful automation often comes from improving the underlying process — not simply adding AI.
What I learned
Process clarity is often the prerequisite for automation, not a byproduct of it.
